This refurbishment to a ground floor flat in Putney added 30% more space to the dwelling and created a luxurious multi-level living space, opening up onto an attractive garden.

The rear of the dwelling was completely remodelled and extended to incorporate an open plan split level dining, kitchen, living and play space. The works also included moving the family bathroom to a central position in the flat and creating a new utility room. The project has more than paid for itself, not only by adding value to the property but providing an attractive space for the whole family to enjoy. 

Calsurv managed the project from conception to completion, listening to our client to create bespoke architectural plans alongside 2D and 3D drawings and mood boards to allow them to visualise their project. We gained planning permission for the development and obtained all necessary Party Wall awards before tendering the works and embarking on the build. Calsurv managed the project throughout, meeting with the home owner at regular intervals to discuss the progress of the project, which was completed on time and to budget. From initial instruction to completion the project took eight months.
