This service includes a 1 hour inspection of the property and any demised grounds, photographic schedule and a same-day 30 minute feedback phone call after the survey, undertaken by a RICS registered surveyor, who will also be happy to give high-level advice regarding any plans for works.
Though no liability is assumed for this service (which does not include a written report), you may wish to utilise the service as a preliminary check prior to commissioning a more extensive inspection.
